2 Timothy 2:4:"No one serving as a soldier gets involved in civilian affairs - he wants to please his commanding officer."

I may have mentioned in the past that I am a passionate person. When I do something, I try to give 100%. I try to go full-bore, full steam ahead! It’s all or nothing.

That’s just how God wired me. It’s part of who He made me to be.

So, I have had to lean on God heavily during these last few months and let Him lead me when it comes to how to spend my time and where to put my efforts.

Let me explain.

I am, first and foremost, a man of God, a teacher of the Word of Truth. I love who God has made me and what He has done in my life.

I also love the country that I made of my own 47 years ago. I love the freedom, the natural beauty that we have as a nation. And I love the fact that our nation, in a way or other, are very strongly sitting on the pillars of Biblical principles and Biblical truths.

So, when I see our country going through the trials and tribulations that we have faced recently, I tend to speak out very passionately about what I see.

My background in technology is not of a 'fundi', but I do have a God-given talent for being able to research and dig up relevant information about these types of events, helping to find truth in the midst of the turmoil.

This research and use of technology, combined with the drive in me to pursue truth and justice, and make it known to others, makes it very easy for me to create ways to share and spread that info via platforms already available and also by platforms that I could easily create myself.

Many times, and lately in special, I had to make a choice as to where I would put my efforts and spend my time.

My all or nothing (the 100% trying personality) needed to choose between my passion for God and my passion for the nation or the world for that matter. Because of this, God told me to be careful that my passion for Him should always remain at the forefront of who I am.

Since we are engaged in Kingdom warfare, I consciously try to choose each and every day to dedicate myself to the endeavors that God has placed before me, as a soldier in His army. (part 1)
