Chapter 8 - What is happening to our world?

The media is going frenetic in various parts of the world. At the University in California, pictures of black-hooded thugs breaking windows in an attempt to prevent an appearance by a speaker they did not like. To make matters worse, the administration gave in to these spoiled children and their politically correct worldview demands. Such protests, although not so violent, are becoming commonplace not only in the United States, but also in Canada, United Kingdom and other parts of the world.

It quite clear that freedom of speech is going through a process of dismantlement and soon will be something of the past. Ideologies of various left, right and religious groups are becoming more radicalised and violent. Why? Why is our world becoming so violent? Where is all this heading?

Many countries or regions in the world have ultimately passed the tipping point. They are locked between a culture war between two opposite worldviews which cannot be reconciled.

Definition of marriage, abortion, transgender issues, etc is being compromised to a certain extent, but how does one compromise on these subjects? In abortion, one side sees it as morally equivalent to murder, the other sees it as woman's choice. In marriage, one side sees it as a moral issue, divinely instituted between man and woman. The other side does not care or does not agree with the biblical message. The same applies to transgender issues. Furthermore, how does one compromise with radical Islamic terrorists, Ku Klux Klan, Nazis, hate filled white and black supremacists or radical anarchists who only desire to destroy?

Isn't time to wake up? Let's be honest, our world is broken. The western world, starting from the Universities, have been taken over by narrow-minded secularists who preach a message of political correctness while encouraging reactionary intolerance of anything outside their agenda. We all know that politics have always been a messy game but today, the parties have become so divided that there is no room for compromise, even on issues that could be agreed on with mutual benefit.

It is quite evident that politics comes before the country and its citizens. The media are not neutral anymore and makes matters worse to the side that they don't like by "going for their jugular". The media has become dishonest and unfair on all sides.

People are blind, the world is blind, the world cannot see. Only a few understand of the existence of a powerful spirit influencing and working behind the scenes in order to stir up hatred and strife. Satan is the god of this world! Satan's fingerprints are all over all the atrocities we see around us. He is the one who inspires false religion including a counterfeit "Christianity".

"For such men are false prophets, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve."(2 Corinthians 11:13-15)
