Christian mathematical formula

B + C + D = E

The mathematicians say that LIFE is like a segment of a drawn line between points B and D.

What does this mean?

Point B is BIRTH (B), point D is DEATH (D).

Life starts as soon as we are born (B) until the day that we die (D).

But in between B and D, there is a mysterious C.

What is C?

C is CHRIST.

If we put Christ in the middle of our life, our life will not terminate in D, but it will continue to E. E is ETERNAL LIFE (Eternity).

Therefore B>C>D>E. Everyone that put Christ (C) in the middle of his/her life, between B and D, will have eternal life.

But those who will not put Christ in the middle of their lives, will not inherit Eternal life (E), instead will go straight into F (Fire).

Therefore, the mathematic Equation or Definition of Life to the Christians is:

B + C + D = E

Birth + Christ + Death = Eternal Life

The mathematic equation or Definition to the unbelievers is therefore:

(B - C) + D = F

Birth - Christ + Death = Fire

It is obvious then, that anyone without C will not gain E.

1 John 5: 11-13 "And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write this things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life."

Whoever believes in God's Son (C) has eternal life (E). He is all you need. In fact, you don't have to wait for eternal life (E), because it begins the moment you believe (C). You don't need to work for it, because its already yours. You don't need to worry about it, because you have been given eternal life by God Himself - and it is guaranteed.

Acts 4:12 "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

There is a negative reaction by many people by the fact that there is no other name than that of Jesus to call on for salvation. Yet this is not something any church or denomination decided; it is the specific teaching of Jesus Himself. "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

If God designated Jesus to be the Saviour of the world, no one else can be His equal. We as Christians have sometimes to be open-minded on many issues, but not how we are saved from sin. No other religious teacher could die for our sins; no other religious teacher came to earth as God's only Son. No other religious teacher rose from the dead. There is no other name or way.

Some people might argue that this way is too narrow. They are wrong. In reality, it is wide enough for the whole world, if the world chooses to accept it. Instead of worrying how limited it sounds, we should be thankful for the provision God made available for getting to Him.

As the way, Jesus is the path to our Father. As the truth, He is the reality of all God's promises. , As the life, He joins His divine life to ours, now and eternally.

John 3:16,17 "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."

Believe it or not, there are many people who are repulsed by the idea of eternal life because their lives are miserable. They think of eternal's life as a continuation, an extension of a person's miserable, mortal life. They are so wrong. You see, eternal life is God's life embodied in Christ to all believers, as well as the guarantee of eternal life. In eternal life there is no death, sickness, enemy, evil, or sin.

It is a reality is that life is only the introduction to eternity. "To believe" is more than an intellectual agreement that Jesus is God. It means to put all our trust and confidence in Him and that He alone can save us.
